Welcome to MeelKraft. By downloading, accessing, or using the MeelKraft mobile application, website, or associated services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Nutritional & Health Disclaimers (Important)
⚠️ NOT MEDICAL ADVICE:
MeelKraft is a wellness and grocery optimization tool. All calorie counts, macronutrient estimates, recipe instructions, and nutritional values provided within the app are calculated approximations based on general ingredient databases and user inputs.
The Service does not provide medical diagnoses, clinical dietetics, or medical treatment plans. Always consult with a licensed physician or registered dietitian before beginning any significant dietary regimen.
⚠️ ALLERGENS & FOOD SAFETY:
While MeelKraft allows you to exclude certain allergens, you are solely responsible for inspecting physical food packaging, labels, ingredient lists, and expiration dates prior to purchasing or preparing food. MeelKraft is not responsible for adverse allergic reactions or foodborne illnesses.
2. Supermarket Prices & Flyer Discounts
Grocery item prices, weekly circular deals, and store discounts are retrieved from third-party supermarket public feeds and estimated database models. While we strive for extreme accuracy, in-store prices, regional variations, store inventory, and manager specials at physical supermarket locations (e.g., Kroger, Walmart, ALDI) take precedence over values shown in the app.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
MeelKraft Pro Subscriptions: Certain premium features (e.g. unlimited AI rebuilds, OCR receipt scanning, advanced micronutrient breakdowns) require an active paid subscription or trial.
Billing & Renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellations: You may manage and cancel your subscription at any time via your device's Apple ID Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions settings.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The MeelKraft name, logos, mascot illustrations (Meelly), user interface designs, software code, algorithms, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of MeelKraft Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or scraping the application or underlying APIs.
- Submitting abusive, unlawful, or automated requests to the AI meal generation system.
- Attempting to bypass security mechanisms or access another user's private data.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEELKRAFT TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, INACCURATE GROCERY EXPENDITURE, INJURY, OR HEALTH COMPLICATIONS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice via in-app notification or by updating the Effective Date above. Continued use of the Service constitutes agreement to updated terms.
