Delete Account & Data
In compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines, you can permanently delete your MeelKraft account and all associated data at any time.
Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
If you have the MeelKraft mobile app installed:
- Open the MeelKraft app.
- Navigate to the Profile tab (bottom right icon).
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone / Account section.
- Tap Delete Account & Data and confirm.
This triggers our automated account deletion function and purges all records immediately.
Option 2: Submit a Web Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, submit your registered account email below. Our team will verify and permanently erase your account, meal history, pantry inventory, and calorie logs within 48 hours.
✅ Deletion request received. A confirmation has been dispatched, and all records associated with this address will be purged within 48 hours.
